Emollient, Skin-Replenishing, Texture Enhancer, Thickeners/Emulsifier


Substance typically found in plant and animal lipids (fat). Fatty acids include compounds such as glycerides, sterols, and phospholipids. They are used in cosmetics as emollients, texture enhancers, and, when mixed with glycerin, cleansing agents.
